How Outfly Innovation Ltd collects, uses, shares and protects personal information on the Track by Outfly website, and the rights you have over it.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or get in touch with us about Track, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Track is a programme run by Outfly Innovation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07119494, with its registered office at Fora Space, 42-46 Princelet Street, London, England, E1 5LP. Outfly Innovation Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
If you have any question about this policy or about your data, email hello@outfly.io.
We collect personal information you give us, information your browser sends automatically, and business contact details from other sources, which are described under Business contacts below:
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is aimed at businesses, not consumers.
We hold business contact details for people at companies we believe may benefit from our services. This includes name, job title, employer, work email address and public professional profile.
We obtain these details from the company's own website, the Companies House register, public professional profiles such as LinkedIn, enquiries made to us, and records held in our previous customer relationship management systems.
We use them to contact you about services relevant to your role. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: promoting business to business services to people whose role suggests a professional interest in them. We have assessed this against your rights and interests and keep that assessment on file.
We keep these details for 24 months from our last meaningful contact with you, then review and delete them.
You can ask us to stop at any time. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can email hello@outfly.io to object, to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions:
Some of these providers are based outside the United Kingdom, mainly in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, together with the providers' own safeguards.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer or successor if Outfly Innovation Ltd or the Track programme is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@outfly.io. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
This site uses a small number of cookies. Only those strictly necessary for the site to work are set without your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the Cookies page.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on the systems that hold it, and contracts with every provider listed above. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach that affects your rights we will tell you and the ICO as the law requires.
We will update this page if our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you.
